In-Home Services .

In-Home Services help support frail senior citizens, caregivers, and disabled adults under three different programs:
In-Home Services provide an array of home and community based services determined by assessment to be essential to maintain the individual's independence and safety to allow for he/she to remain in his/her own home.  Services may include help with personal care, homemaking, respite, Adult day care, companion services, emergency response systems, or other equipment.

Through an intake process that can be done over the phone, case managers will assess individual client needs to determine which services they may be eligible to receive.  The eligibility guidelines and services vary with each program, and a monthly fee may be required.

To apply for any of the above programs, please call the Bear River Area Agency on Aging at 435-752-7242 or Toll Free at 1-877-772-7242.
